Designer of contracts - is convenient tool for creation and verification of contracts
Need to make the contract of delivery between two LLC companies with payment by two parts - advance payment and surcharge after delivery. Besides, the buyer has to be exempted from payment of the lawful percent provided by Art. 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
In the Designer choose "Contract of delivery" and press

Choose the necessary conditions.
In the section "Contract preamble" choose that LLC companies act as the buyer and the supplier.
In the section "Payment procedure" set the mixed payment form.
Find in this section the question "Should the buyer to pay legal interest on the amount of the deferral of payment?". The default answer is "Yes" and displayed two warnings.
From the first warning (yellow background) you can see that in the current situation the buyer must pay to the supplier interest in the force of law. Second warning (on blue background) talks about taking into account the legitimate interest for the purposes of calculating income tax. To exempt the buyer from payment of lawful percent, it is necessary to answer "no" an appropriate question at the choice of conditions.
