The history of our company, namely Regional Information Center 35 (RIC 35), which can be called a ConsultantPlus Surgut, as the Official distributor network Consultant Plus was started in 1992, almost at the same time with the base of the brand ConsultantPlus - Legal-Reference System of legislation of the Russian Federation.
