PROCUREMENT DEADLINES CALCULATOR UNDER LAW NO. 44-FZ

A new tool, the "Procurement Deadlines Calculator under 44-FZ", has been added to the ConsultantPlus system. With it, specialists can accurately calculate and plan the timelines for individual stages as well as the overall duration of open electronic competitive procurements: auctions, tenders, and requests for quotations.
To perform the calculation, users need to specify:

the date of the notice publication;

the procurement method with relevant parameters.
The calculation results can be printed or saved as a Word document.
The calculator takes into account all legal requirements: working days, weekends, and public holidays during the procurement process; deadlines for application submissions; deadlines for submitting requests and clarifications on the notice; deadlines for preparing procurement protocols; proposal submission procedures; contract signing periods, and more.
