Upload a statement of claim, a pre-trial complaint, a court decision, or describe your situation in your own words — and the service will find judicial decisions with similar circumstances.
An improved version of the "Special Case Law Search" was released in June. It now includes annotations to the search results. These annotations briefly summarize the essence, circumstances, and court ruling, making it possible to quickly identify relevant cases without opening full documents.
Other useful features of the service include:

the ability to hide overturned or amended decisions.
The search covers the entire array of case law in the ConsultantPlus system. Users can choose to search decisions from either arbitration courts or courts of general jurisdiction. Up to 1,000 documents can be displayed in search results.
The Special Search tool is based on machine learning principles and improves with each user query.
