The ConsultantPlus system now features a Personal Data Processing Policy Builder. You can create a policy tailored to the needs of a specific organization in the "Contract Builder" section.
Almost all organizations and entrepreneurs need to have such a policy, as any individual or entity that hires employees or enters into agreements with counterparties is considered a personal data operator, and therefore processes personal data. Personal data refers to any information about an individual.
The personal data processing policy in the "Contract Builder" complies with the Roskomnadzor Recommendations and includes all suggested sections.
With the Builder, you can specify, for example, that:

subjects whose personal data is processed include not only employees and counterparties (individuals and their employees), but also other individuals such as job applicants;

personal data is processed using automation tools or without such tools;

in addition to general personal data, special and/or biometric data categories are also processed.
The Builder comes preloaded with the most common conditions. At the same time, the user can include only those terms that suit their situation—multiple options are available. All sections of the Policy, as well as some options, are accompanied by warnings with references to legal regulations to help users avoid missing important information and to be aware of potential risks.
The completed policy can be exported to Word or saved directly within the "Contract Builder".
About the "Contract Builder"
The "Contract Builder" is a tool for drafting and reviewing contracts and other organizational documents. It includes the most in-demand civil law agreements: lease, supply, contract work, paid services, employment contracts, government contracts, and others—as well as internal HR policies, and the personal data processing policy—more than 70 document types in total.
Using the builder is easy:

select the document you need from the list;

mark the applicable conditions (options are provided);

save the finished template.
To review a completed document, simply model its conditions in the Builder.
A wide variety of options allows tailoring documents to the specifics of each transaction. During the process, risk warnings appear, with references to legislation, court practice, and ConsultantPlus legal solutions.
If there are changes in legislation, the system will notify you and suggest updating the previously saved document.
