THE "CONTRACT CONSTRUCTOR" BY CONSULTANTPLUS NOW ALLOWS YOU TO CREATE A REGULATION ON THE PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF EMPLOYEE PERSONAL DATA
The "Contract Constructor" – a service for drafting and reviewing contracts in the ConsultantPlus system – now includes a Regulation on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data of Employees and Other Individuals. The Constructor will help you understand the specifics of this document and draft it by selecting the necessary provisions.
The Regulation on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data of Employees (and Other Individuals) is a local regulatory document of an organization that governs the procedures for storing and using personal data. Employees and their representatives must be familiarized with the regulation against signature.
The "Contract Constructor" will assist in properly drafting this important document, tailored to the specific needs of your organization.
For example, you can specify in the regulation that:
- the subjects whose personal data is processed by the operator include not only employees but also other individuals (e.g., employees' relatives, job applicants);
- personal data processing is conducted with or without the use of automation tools;
- in addition to general personal data, special and/or biometric categories of personal data are also processed.
When drafting the regulation in the Constructor, you can include provisions on the protection of personal data of employees (and other individuals). This way, the employer will not need to create a separate local regulatory act for this purpose.

A wide variety of conditions allows you to draft a contract considering the specifics of a particular transaction. During the drafting process, warnings about risks appear with references to legislation, court practices, and ConsultantPlus Ready-Made Solutions.
If the legislation affecting the contract changes, the system will provide a notification and suggest updating previously saved contracts.
