Prospects and risks of litigation - a new product in the System ConsultantPlus.

The Consultant Plus company released a new product for lawyers "Prospects and risks of litigation". The innovation will help experts to predict the result of litigation.

The innovation "Prospects and risks of litigation" contains more than 1100 specific situations on the most massive categories of disputes:

  • economic disputes; 
  • corporate disputes; 
  • contest of transactions of the debtor within bankruptcy; 
  • tax disputes; 
  • other disputes with state agencies.

The innovation will be especially useful in unfamiliar and unusual situations, which the lawyer has not previously encountered. 

Each material is a separate situation, it is considered:

  • the essence of dispute; 
  • plaintiff's claims; 
  • brief description of important circumstances requiring proof; 
  • examples of evidence; 
  • possible counter-claims; 
  • reasons for refusal of claims; 
  • judicial practice in favor of each of the parties.

To the claimant the new product will allow to see whether it is necessary to appeal to court and what counterclaims the defendant can make. The defendant learns whether it is necessary to defend the position in court or it is better to settle a dispute.

The new product "Prospects and risks of litigation" is placed in the "Judicial practice" section of ConsultantPlus System.
