ON CONSULTANTPLUS 'CLIENTS
Dear clients of Consultant Plus!
We inform you that since 27.04.2021, some customers have received fraudulent emails with links to malicious programs.
Emails are sent from fake addresses, for example, support_up@consultant.ru.
The emails contain false information about the alleged "critical updates of ConsultantPlus", which are recommended to be installed urgently. To install updates, scammers offer to click on the links and download updates.
Highly recommended:
- Delete such emails immediately (if possible, without even opening them);
- Don't click on the links, don't download anything.
We would like to inform you that all updates of ConsultantPlus are received on a scheduled basis through the automatic updates mechanism (which does not require the user to download them independently) or the updates are installed by our service center specialists.
