Information bank includes all the decisions made by the arbitration courts of the first, appeal and cassation courts on issues requiring decision in the course of court proceedings and in other cases provided for in the Arbitration procedure code of the Russian Federation.
Archive is available to all accompanied users who have information banks with decisions of arbitration courts of various instances from the section "Judicial practice" (except for IB "Collections of judgments" and "Judicial practice for accountant").
Information bank is placed in online access, it is possible to follow to it the link from the Homepage of a system ConsultantPlus (in the presence of Internet access).
