CONSULTANTPLUS NOW HAS THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEARCH FOR DECISIONS OF COURTS OF GENERAL JURISDICTION ON THE CATEGORY OF DISPUTE AND REQUIREMENTS
In the search card of the "Judicial Practice" section of the ConsultantPlus system, it is now possible to search for decisions of courts of general jurisdiction by category of dispute and requirements. Previously, only acts of arbitration courts could be searched by category and requirements.
The new feature will be useful to both plaintiffs and defendants. They will be able to find the necessary court decisions faster and more accurately, save time preparing for court proceedings, and will also be able to analyze the risks when concluding a transaction.
A new search will help the plaintiff to see:
- what are the requirements to declare in a court dispute in order to win the case;
- what circumstances need to be proved and what evidence should be used;
- what risks exist.
The new search will help the respondent:
- quickly create a selection of court decisions on similar disputes with the same requirement that is presented in the lawsuit;
- based on the analysis of similar cases to build an effective line of defense.
How to search for decisions of Courts of General Jurisdiction on the category of dispute and requirements:
- Open the Search Card of the "Judicial Practice" section. To do this, in the profile "Lawyer" under the Quick search bar, select the link "Judicial practice". Or in the Search Card itself, in the upper right corner, select the search area - judicial practice.
- Select the category of dispute: on certain types of contracts, in the field of intellectual activity, on land, housing, labor relations, etc.
- After selecting the category of the dispute, you can select the claims that the participants submit to the court.
Additionally, you can refine the search by other parameters, for example, by the fields "Text", "Judge", "Individual Taxpayer Number / Main State Registration Number".
The new feature is available to all users of the ConsultantPlus offline systems who work with the judicial practice of any of the cassation courts of general jurisdiction.
